Ridiculous Late fee Charges
Bought items worth almost $300. Called and paid it off at once. Got bill I'm the mail for $35 dollars because I was 3 days late. Worse than a robbery. Would not recommend to anyone.

I will never go thier again 0 stars
I went in today to get blonde in my hair .Once I was home I noticed it was orange. I called to let them know and they were very rude and asked me what I wanted to do about it. I would have been happy if they would of simply said we are sorry how can we fix this ! I paid a 174dollers for orange hair!

Awful experience
I have ordered several times. It shows they have the thing I wanted. It accepted my order and the next day, I get an email that it os out if stock. I signed up to get an email when it was restocked. I received an email that said it was jn stock so I ordered right away and the order went through. Next day, my order had been canceled OUT OF STOCK AGAIN. I tried to use the chat option and my message was deleted before I could send it. I tried calling and had to push so many buttons to finally have it ring the wrong department. Charge card department. They gave me the "correct number" to call and it was the same number I had called in the first place. Here we go again- round and round. I finally got someone and they did not help at all. Just said Out of Stock and said they canceled my order. Didn't even offer to send it when it came in. Terrible service. Will never deal with them again.

Awful customer service
I like all products they have; however, if you order online and need to have someone help you, never expect them to help you :). I emailed them nobody answered; I chatted with three people connected to me and disconnected after each. I called them to help, and that person did nothing

I am a long time customer of Ulta…
I am a long time customer of Ulta Beauty and have an Ulta Beauty rewards credit card. To this day, I stand by their products however, I’m profusely tired of their negligence and lack of customer care and concern. In the last two years I have not been able to make one transaction on the Ulta Beauty website, without having to go through three departments of different levels of customer service and half the time still with no success. One, I can’t imagine how they could be such a large company and their website/app function so erroneously. I tend to try to make orders when they offer one of their many free gifts such as a free 14 piece sampler that they were offering today. The outcome of the situation today is the same as many a time in the past. I called and spoke with a kind enough gentleman who certainly had a desire to help but much like always his words were, “ We are having trouble with that function right now.” He then alerted me that as soon as the system was able to accomplish this gift card function that he would actually call me back so that I could place my order. As I’m sure you can imagine this did not happen. Not only that, but now, since the day is over, the offer is over. I can factually tell you that this has happened more times than not in the past several years and it’s just getting really tiresome. Not only this, but I have an exceptional payment history since day one of my credit with Ulta Beauty and reads as such, verbatim, on my credit report. However, Ulta Beauty, contrary to what their own supervisors have told me should and usually happens, has lowered my credit limit twice now in just the last year, once during the holidays of Christmas/New Year’s, and once maybe 6 to 8 months later. When I called, it was met by surprise as they suggested that in their years of working there, they’ve not seen Ulta Beauty lower someone’s credit during the holidays, but rather preferred to raise it to help their customers. Needless to say, I was given no feasible explanation as to why it was, in fact, lowered. Ulta Beauty is not a company that rewards their customers for being excellent, devoted customers. In my case, quite the contrary. I have asked for an explanation, but to absolutely no avail.

Charged More than Authorized
I was told that the cost of my online order would be $40 because I applied my Ulta credits. When I checked out, the price was $40. When I checked my card later, they had charged the full amount of the cost without the credits. They refuse to cancel my order or provide a partial refund. This is fraud.

Horrible nightmare online experience
Horrible nightmare online experience. Like others have noticed, Ulta has terrible IT issues. It’s so bad that I’m deleting the app from my phone and will shop anywhere else but Ulta. If I call customer service for help they should be able to place my order for me if their online options are not working. I mean do they not want my order? Who is running things at this company? Someone clueless is who. I’ll go elsewhere.

Trust the reviews, shop elsewhere!
If I would have read all of these reviews beforehand, I wouldn’t have even bothered with contacting customer service. It has now been 1.5 months constantly speaking with customer service and they can not even create an online account for me! I have never heard of a company not able to create an account for someone, let alone taking 1.5 months AND COUNTING to assist. This is laughable at this point.

Amazing
I love Ulta, I'm generally always able to find what I'm looking for with relative ease. All of the employees are always so helpful, I've never met an Ulta employee who was rude or judgemental.

Ok so I go to pay my bill on time
Ok so I go to pay my bill on time, by the way it’s due on the 12th which is today, but because it’s at 6 pm there time I am getting charged a late fee.. and on top of that 8 percent interest.. I will never ever recommend this company or it’s product, and I will go to every social media platform and tell everyone

I purchased an expensive facial lotion…
I purchased an expensive facial lotion online at Ulta.com, product was not in box. I called customer service and they promised to ship another one out. Will see if I actually get it. They said 5-8 business days. I won’t be purchasing online thru Ulta again.

I placed an order May 23rd…hadn't shipped
I placed an order May 23rd and it is now June 7th, they still have not shipped it. I tried to call Ulta customer service to talk to someone. They hung up on me four times. Now I'm trying to text to them and they are not replying. Never again Will I order online. When she put me on hold I even told her I did not want to go on hold because I've been hung up on so many times and she put me on hold anyway. Trying to cancel order but they're not replying.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Their supervisors are NOT helpful and I consider what they have done to be unethical and immoral! I will never shop at ULTA again and I hope everyone else does the same.

Will never order online again!
I hate going to the store because although the associates are helpful they always try to get me to buy something other than what I went to buy. On May 26th I placed an order online that said it will be delivered on May 31st. It is now June 5th and I haven't gotten anything. The FEDEX tracking has it in WV since June 1st I live in MIA. I reached out to cancel the order because its taking too long to deliver. They told me to wait until June 9th because its still in the timeframe that they said. Mind you I ordered something on another website two days after the ulta order and already got it through FEDEX. This is ridiculous! They also told me that if I wanted it quicker I should've paid the expedited fees. Why would I do that if the date they originally told me i was fine with. Clearly paying extra would've been a waste of my money since they don't deliver when they say they will anyway.
